Computer lists of medications which are used regularly may be issued following consultation with one of the doctors. This list allows you to request repeat medication in good time before you run out.

Registering for Vision Online Services (VOS – see below) is an easy way to request your repeat medication directly through your computerised clinical record. If you have not registered for VOS, several days before you need a prescription, tick your request on your computerised repeat prescription sheet and deliver or send it to the surgery. If requested, we will post the prescription to you if you provide a stamped addressed envelope.

All types of prescription requests require 48 hours to process. Requests received before 1pm Monday to Friday will be available for collection after 1pm 48 working hours later. Requests received after 1pm Monday to Friday will be available for collection as follows:

When you are approaching a medication review (which will be detailed on your repeat prescription request), please arrange to see the doctor before you request any further prescriptions, where possible.

We regret that requests for repeat prescriptions cannot be taken by telephone or email.
